For sale is a vintage blotter that advertises Union Federal Service & Loan Association of Evansville, Indiana. It states that the bank sells U.S. defense bonds. The blotter dates to the mid-1940s, during World War II, and contains a table of redemption values of the bonds. This blotter is in very good, unused condition.
