    Description

    EAM INLINE BUFFER Conveyor: Product Accumulator/ Dispenser
    For CD/ DVD Replication Production Line Conveyor systems. (High Production: 45,000 to 120,000 Finished Jewel-cases per day)
    Accumulates and stores excess product (CD Jewel- cases) automatically. Once downstream processing machinery is ready for the stored product, the Inline Buffer dispenses the product back to the production line automatically.
    Self contained: Includes multiple electric drives, conveyor belts, product stacker, VFD Controls, PLC, sensors.
    Power Requirements:
    120 Volts, 7 Amps, 1 Phase
    Compressed Air Requirements:
    1.5 CFM @ 80 PSI
