    My first sighting of the electric Carmen Miranda was the movie, “Springtime in the Rockies” with Betty Grable, John Payne and many more. I loved her white and turquoise costume.  Carmen singing and dancing in those fabulous fashions seemed to give me more energy. Costumes in this book are from several of her movies and include ‘Springtime in the Rockies’, ‘The Gang’s all Here’, ‘Weekend in Havana’, ‘A Date with Judy’, ‘Nancy Goes to Rio’, ‘Something for the Boys’, ‘That Night in Rio’, and ‘Greenwich Village’. Signed by Marilyn Henry, this is definitely a book to add to your paper doll collection. These bright costumes will make you feel better—-Chica-Chica-Boom!!
