s the beautiful Turquoise-Blue Titanium Seahorse available in this listing. The seahorse with its tail entwined around coral is featured on the reverse of the
coin. Queen Elizabeth II is depicted on the obverse.
The choice of the seahorse reflects the British Virgin Islands marine heritage. BVI, located in the Caribbean and comprising of 60+ islands, are famed for their coral reefs featuring a wide variety of animal species including the seahorse.

The denomination of this coin is 50 pence and five thousand coins were issued.
