We are selling Bob Hayley's Estate (Hayley Manstopper) RCBS 40-82 WIN. drill die. You will get the die set pictured, personal notes by him (If pictured) and in about a 3rd of the kits a pattern piece (Not pictured). What you see pictured is all the tooling you will receive (Again some have finished pattern pieces). If you don't see something you are welcome to ask if I have it, but the answer will be no, I have nothing die set related that is not in the pictures. I will start most of the 150 sets at 250.00 per set and I am happy to combine shipping- 4 to 6 kits will fit in a medium flat rate box. In a month or so, I will add a best offer to all the die sets and start taking reasonable offers.
Note about Robert T. Hayley:
Robert T. Hayley or “Bob Hayley recently passed away and we all lost probably the single greatest living source on reloading and manufacturing data on hard-to-find and obsolete ammunition. He is best known for patenting the “Hayley Manstopper” bullets. About the only place, you will find mention of him is on reloading forums (I could not even locate an obituary to mark his passing). There is a good article in a 2012 reloading magazine, and I will be happy to send a PDF to anyone who requests it. There is also a good article on him by, Bob Shell’s Blog Saturday, October 26, 2013, the die sets in the background picture of the 2013 blog post are some of the same ones I am selling. As an obsolete ammunition manufacturer, he needed all die sets and at the auction selling off his business assets on March 27

, 2021, I bought around 150 of the die sets or about half his collection. I will be listing a couple hundred items from his estate this week and items that are not allowed here will be listed on Gunbroker (Keyword Hayley).
