RYOBI introduces the 12 in. Sliding Miter Saw with LED. The heavy duty 15 Amp motor delivers up to 3,800 RPM for the power to make difficult cuts. It features a 1-1/4 in. dust port to help keep your work area clean. The 40-tooth Carbide-Tipped blade provides improved performance for fast, clean cuts and an LED Cutline Indicator for higher accuracy. Backed by the RYOBI 3-Year Manufacturer's Warranty, the 12 in. Easy to set up and use, the Ryobi 12" sliding miter saw has already helped me build the planter boxes my wife wanted. I also purchased the Ryobi stand to go with it and they make a great combo. The only problem I've had was the result of not reading the manual before starting work.

I need to cut wide width wood, so in with the new one! This saw works GREAT. I love the ability to hit multiple angles at once, the slides are smooth as silk, and the guide light is on the money precise. Great value for the price! And no, I get nothing from this review, just want others to know that Ryobi delivers the goods for less.

I have been wanting a miter saw for a while. This had all the features I was looking for compared to the 0 DeWalt. Picked this up as I had a project to frame with 4x4's. Cut all my angles like a charm. I'd recommend picking up the table or having a semi-permanent location to bolt this baby down. Lots of power and moving large pieces of wood can easily shift the machine resulting in inaccurate cuts.

It does what is says it does. I can't complain. I would have had to spend 0 more to get "dual bevel" but I can manage with a single bevel direction and save the cash for something else. I have used this pretty steady for two or three weeks and had no trouble with it other than one time the vac port got plugged because I had forgot to turn on the dust collector, but that was the fault of the wet wood and me forgetting to turn something on, nothing wrong with this saw, just check it for accuracy before starting to use it. Mine did need some adjustment.

Bought the saw to replace another brand that would never stay true. The Ryobi has yet to need adjusting, making my job much easier. Best decision I made was buying the Ryobi instead of dropping hundreds more on a saw that does less.

Just out of the box this is a nice setup. Cuts clean and accurate. Table has many options for not only just chopping but great miter setup as well. Miter and bevel can be cut at one time for creating all types of corner cuts. Internal lighting makes cutting on the mark a breeze. GREAT price!

The miter saw is is as good if not better than other miter saws I've had. It's straight as an arrow right out of the box. After 3 months of constant use, I finally had to replace the blade, but have never had to adjust for straightness in a year plus of use. A great saw at a great price.

I have used a couple of Dewalt chop and miter saws. They are true quality. Just bought the Ryobi because I am a fan of their products, and this and a nice stand were cheaper than a Dewalt saw alone. Love just about everything on this saw and stand. Just one thing though the guard arm seems a little flimsy. Looks to be held on by a rivot. Hope it holds out as long as the many other tools I own from Ryobi! Would reccomend!
